In order to make your listing active, you need to choose to be “Included” in the Directory.
Go to www.aamft.org. Log in with your Member ID and Password.
Once you are logged in, look in the upper right side of the page, hover over the “Membership” tab and click on “My Account.” Choose “Preferences” from the tabs at the top. You’ll then be able to access both your Therapist Locator Profile as well as your Approved Supervisor Profile. On each, you need to click the small box that is labeled “Include me in Therapist Locator/Approved Supervisor Directory.” You’ll also need to input your contact and professional information in each of the required fields.
The Approved Supervisor Directory can also be found under the “ENHANCE Knowledge” tab, after selecting “Approved Supervisor Resources.” The link to “Find an Approved Supervisor” is toward the bottom of the page. Select “Manage Account” at the top right-hand corner. In the Approved Supervisor Directory, there is a small box to click that is labeled “Include me in Approved Supervision Directory.”
